Keflavik International Airport

Keflavík International Airport, also known as Reykjavík–Keflavík Airport, is Iceland's largest airport and serves as the main hub for international transportation. It is situated about 50 km southwest of Reykjavík and has two runways in use. The airport's history dates back to World War II, originally built by the United States military. Today, it is operated by Isavia, a government enterprise, and hosts flights from various airlines, including Icelandair, its main carrier.
